Resident sovereignty
The resident is the person whose objective the system is helping to resolve. Resident sovereignty means that person retains authority over the objective, constraints and acceptable trade-offs. The system should explain how evidence changes the decision rather than silently replacing the person’s intent with a commercial target.
Decision integrity
A governed decision keeps the objective, evidence, uncertainty, alternatives and authority boundary inspectable. A fluent answer is not automatically a supported answer. “No suitable fit” and “not enough evidence” are valid conclusions.
Commercial boundary
Fit cannot be bought. Resident private profiles are not advertising inventory. Businesses may buy intelligence about aggregate demand patterns and where qualified demand fails. They do not buy an individual resident’s suitability.
Action follows decision
Availability, sponsorship or execution convenience cannot define what is right for a person. First establish fit. Then decide whether, when and how to act. The decision should remain meaningful if the model, marketplace or execution channel changes.
